All accommodation reservations must be confirmed at the time of booking by payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit.  By issuing credit or debit card details to White Horse Lodge the booker gives White Horse Lodge the permission to take payment from the card if a reservation is cancelled or if an account is left unpaid.

Once a reservation is confirmed, White Horse Lodge will, where possible, confirm the reservation in writing, by fax or email. Please note that reservations that are not confirmed by the booker within 7 days of the assumed booking date are automatically released. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance as a charge for cancellation will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival – loss of deposit.

Cancellation within 2 weeks – full payment is required.

White Horse Lodge has the right to cancel the accommodations (giving such notice as possible to the guest) without recourse or liability to the guest for any loss, damage or changes caused by circumstances outside its control including without limitation, those which were insured and unforeseeable, and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised.

We reserve the right to amend the tariff without prior notification. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

CHECK OUT

We politely ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure.
